How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange showroom appointments and, where you ask, introduce you to independent installers. We do not sell your information.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised Enchanté staff. Uploaded files are kept in private storage.

Comparing floors

Floors you choose to compare are remembered only in your own browser so your selection is kept between pages. They aren't sent to us unless you include them in a quote request.
